The two fixed fields you are looking for are CLAIM and TRANS DATE. These
two fields are only available when you do a list of CHECKIN records based
on the CARD (one per box or one per card) rather than the RECORD.

What you want is probably a BOX list with the following criteria:

CLAIMS > 0 AND TRANS DATE > 01-08-2000

While this may not be absolutely perfect (someone could have adjusted the
TRANS DATE manually...), it should be fairly close. When a claim is
produced, the TRANS DATE is automatically adjusted to the current day.
