We recently purchased a HP 4050N as a LAN printer (10 stations)
and have been unable to set it up to produce a Header/Banner
page to identify which station is the sending the print job to the circ
desk. Our old HP LaserJet 5N produced a banner page and was
easy to setup. My system dept doesn't seem to know how we can
fix the problem and I've spoken with HP which did not offer a
solution except to say that we should be able to get it to work.
