Try this:

After Release 2000, I discovered that entering anything in the DB ID field
caused the proxy to fail.  I simply skip the field, leaving it blank, and
everything works fine for us.  I replicated the problem on several
databases on our server but never knew if it affected anyone else.   Let
me know.
