Well, if you can get in without the proxy and yet the same URL and port
don't work with the proxy, then you can be sure that the proxy is probably
the problem.

Also, make sure that you have:
1) restarted all of the World Wide Web Server and Proxy Server processes on
your Innopac
2) forced the refresh option on your browser's proxy settings
3) check to make sure that there are no redirects between the original link
and the database pages.
4) make sure that you are not using a token URL to link to the
silverplatter databases...
