Proxy Server problems with SIlverPlatter Databases

All of a sudden we are getting an error message when trying to access
SilverPlatter
databases via Innovative's proxy server.

I get a "403" error with a message something to the effect of
"this proxy server cannot access webspirs.silverplatter.com"

Here are my WAM table settings:

1 > Token                cinahl
2 > IP Address/Host Name webspirs.silverplatter.com
3 > Port                 80
4 > Service Level        0
5 > Verify               2
6 > Valid Patron Types   8,13,14,22,24,28
7 > Database Name        CINAHL
8 > Database Identifier  CINAHL

I've also tried:

2 > IP Address/Host Name *.silverplatter.com
3 > Port                 8000

I've contacted SilverPlatter about the problem but have not yet received
an answer.

Anyone have any suggestions?
