Kathleen,
We have sent test records to both OCLC-ACS and to OCLC/WLN, and picked up
bibs and authority records. I sympathize with your ftp woes. I will be
going to ALA, returning next week. I would be glad to try to help you.
We have tried to stick with file sizes no larger than 40,000.
