Subject: ports and e-readings

My colleague Evelyn Behar(Touro College) has raised an interesting
question:  Now that patrons may have access to e-journals, books etc. 
via WebPac, what difference will it make for the number of user licenses
and ports we need?  Has anyone noticed a change?
