- Subject: Materials Booking problem
This is the first day students have been back since Christmas (when our release
2000 update took place) and we are experiencing major problems with Materials
Bookings. I reported it to the helpdesk last week but have had no response yet,
and wondered if anyone else is having similar problems. Bascially the calendar
on the web version is completely mucked up. The hourly calendar looks right (in
terms of showing the closed hours in a different colour) but the daily calendar
is showing all sorts of days (including every day for the next 2 weeks) as
closed, even though they're not. The days closed and hours open tables are set
up correctly, and the bookings work if done through the telnet version, but all
web bookings are being disallowed, saying the item is not available. Any
advice, suggestions, or "me too"s?!
