We are rolling out new all-in-one PCs:
Dell Optiplex 3030 AIO Series
Intel Core i5 4590S 3.00GHZ 8GB RAM
Windows 7 Professional SP1 - 32-bit.

SkyRiver is extremely unhappy.

Problems:

- When we scan an ISBN (or any barcode) into the SkyRiver search box, it randomly picks up about 5 of the digits. (Scanning into Notepad and Sierra on the same PC works fine.)
- Frequent "JExplorer Native Executable has stopped working" error dialog boxes.

Our IT thinks it's something to do with the chipset drivers and/or admin rights, as SkyRiver runs fine under the administrator account. We can't let regular users have admin rights.

What we've tried:

- Configuring SkyRiver to run as Adminsitrator - works to resolve the barcode scanning issue, but we lose access to network shares, where the Catalogers store their work. We cannot point the administrator account at the Catalogers' network share for just a few users.
- Opening a ticket with Innovative (no response)

Suggestions appreciated!
