We have an issue about emailing the Enterprise Backup notices from Sierra Database server.
We have three servers which are Sierra Application, Sierra Database and Encore. Application and Encore servers has no problem with emailing. Database server doesn't send email only our institution domain but it has no problem to email other domains like @iii.com or @gmail.com
I need any advice to investigate the problem. Innovative support team ask me to check firewall settings but it seems to be ok.
Which files should be checked in the server?
Some extra information about our infrastructure:
All III servers are in the same VLAN and has same firewall rules.
Database server OS : Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.7
