In Sierra, I need to change the URL in the 856 link in a check-in record from a record created by an ERM coverage load and the field is highlighted in green and will not let me delete or alter it. Any ideas why and how to make it so that I can manipulate this field? I was able to add a new 856 field that works, but now both display to the public and I need to remove the previous field since it leads to nowhere. Thank you, -Carissa

Hi Carissa - the URL and holdings in ERM checkin / holdings records are coming from the Coverage Database. Take a look at Coverage Edit and then find the holdings for Business Source Premier. That is where you can change the URL, dates, or other information.

Thank you! This worked. In doing the correction, I have to conclude that if this one URL was wrong, they ALL are wrong. Is there a way to globally or rapidly update all of them, or would this have to come through in a coverage load? (We'd been using CASE, but that is now defunct and we've not yet gotten KB). The correction is to change just a few characters in the URL.
