I just discovered an oddity that has me puzzled. In an Encore results list, the first 10 or so records seem to display at normal size (my browser zoom level is set at 100%), then the following records appear increasingly tiny as I scroll down the page (screenshot attached). It seems it might somehow be connected to some Kanopy records for streaming video--not all of the Kanopy records are smaller, but it looks like when it "hits" a Kanopy record, all the records following that appear smaller whether they are Kanopy records or others. It is most noticeable when sorted by relevance, but I think that may be because that is what causes the streaming video records to appear higher in the list. It is doing this in Firefox, Chrome and Android Internet browsers. We are on Encore 4.5 SP3, turnkey. We use Content Cafe for cover images. Anyone have any ideas what might be happening? Thanks.

Looking at the source code, you have the following code for each Kanopy item:

<small>(Washburn students, faculty, and staff only, or accessible from any computer on the Washburn campus)<small/>

That second tag should be </small> instead of <small/>. By having that slash at the end, it isn't closing the tag, so each consecutive <small> tag is causing the text to get smaller and smaller. This appears to be part of the 856 field, so I'm thinking you can use Create Lists/Global Update to get them all fixed relatively easily.
