We started having problems sending orders from Sierra to Recorded Books using EDI ordering on Feb 22. I sent one order and had no problems. A couple of hours later I tried sending another order. I clicked on the ftp all button and before I could choose which ftp site to use and enter the username and password, I get an error message that there is a problem with our server and then it shuts down Sierra on my work station. I have had no problems with any of our other vendors (Brodart, Midwest Tape, Baker & Taylor). I deleted the orders from Sierra and downloaded them again from the Recorded Books website and have the same problem. Recorded Books is not having an issue on their end, but for some reason we cannot send our order records to them. Has anyone else had this problem?
