Written requests for refunds must be postmarked or electronically submitted by Thursday, April 1, 2010. No phone cancellations will be accepted.

There is a $25 handling fee for cancellation of main conference
attendance. Pre-conference or meal functions may be cancelled in writing or
electronically by April 1, 2010, with no penalty. No phone cancellations accepted.
Refunds will be issued within 20 days of request.
Any refund requests after April 1, 2010, will be referred to the IUG
Steering Committee officers for consideration and must be exceptional in
nature. A cancellation fee of $75.00 will be assessed if the refund request is
granted.
