IUG rates:
Single: $233 USD/night
Double: $233 USD/night
Additional person in room: $30/night
Room tax: 15.4%
Internet Access in Guest Rooms: $20 for stay
IUG Rates: IUG rates are available three days prior to the conference and three days after, subject to availability at the time of reservation. Reservations must be made by midnight March 16, 2010 to get the IUG rate.
Credit Card Guarantee: Guests are required to provide a credit card guarantee when making a reservation. Reservations not cancelled prior to 12:00 PM hotel time on April 14, 2010 will be billed one night's room and tax.
Room Deposit: Hotel room deposit equal to one night's stay is charged to guest's credit card 45 days prior to conference. If you have to cancel, your deposit will be refunded as long as your cancellation is at least 72 hours before the conference.
