I cannot get a custom scoped patron reg form to work. Each of my libraries want their own logo at the top of the form, their own template in order to populate the form with defaults, and their own confirmation page, to offer newly registered patrons their own e-resources. The manual seems to think this should work, but I have not been successful in getting the 3 elements to come together. If the custom form and confirm come together, the template isn't used. I have set the selfreg_template wwwoption, I think, correctly. Can anyone provide a sample??

Yes- I do.  I have named the template in the selfreg file as well and, I believe the wwoptions are set to call the template too.
Innovative has no one on staff who is capable of really supporting this.

I do have a working copy of both forms, but it doesn’t call the template correctly.  Instead it uses a default.
