We are now encountering what appears to be this issue - things seem ok, you do a search, and the lower-left-hand frame on the results page shows a login screen. Anyone else? We gave LexisNexis ticket 6963202 and they said "no it's not that, it must be an IP issue" which makes no sense at all. Any suggestions? I think with LNA only having a few months left to live, iii is not going to be eager to fix...
Hi Jeff - so sorry to hear this! I just tested and we are okay. There is a moment's hesitation before the results load, though.. Long enough to say 3 oh nos. In our forward table we have both *.lexisnexis.com and *.nexis.com. Not sure that would make any difference.
I just checked and LN on and off campus and we are not seeing this problem either. Are you seeing this on campus as well as with remote users?
When I was trouble shooting with an engineer he had me add a whole bunch of entries to the forward table. I do not think it will make a difference for you but for what it is worth we have the following--
*.dropbox.com (no clue why this was suggested but since we are up and running, I am not removing it!)

Innovative was able to fix this. It was also affecting access to another site (Cochrane from Wiley) and when they fixed that, LNA started working too.
