We just found this weekend issues with proxied URLs and LexisNexis Academic (we have not yet moved to the new platform, Nexis Uni). Access is fine to the first page but then if one enters a search or tries to browse, one gets a login challenge and message that your institution may not have access.

We have *.lexisnexis.com and *.nexis.com in our Forward Table. Is anyone else seeing this issue and, if not, do you have other domains in your forward table that I need to add to ours?

I cringed when I read your email because this was an issue, for us, spring 2017 but it was only happening when you clicked the hot topic links. Now, as you mentioned, it is anything past the landing page when accessing remotely. I just sent a message to the LexisNexis engineer who worked on our original ticket to see what is happening and am hoping to hear back from him tomorrow. If you open a call with LN, our original ticket number with them was 521875. I do not think there is anything to be done on the Innovative side of things but I will be happy to be told otherwise. I can forward you my email communication with LN if you think that may be helpful for trouble shooting.

For Nexis Uni, I only have a personal beta login at the moment and cannot see if this is an issue.

Never a dull moment for sure! Hopefully, with some pressure from more than one site, LN can get this cleared up quickly!

We began noticing problems on Friday. On Friday, only the "get company info" search did not work. It resulted in an error message. I was on the phone with tech support for some time on Friday with someone who had never heard of WAM. Over the weekend, I checked again, and any search resulted in the sign in box. I spoke to a staff field engineer this morning, someone who knew about WAM so hopefully they will be working to get this resolved.

I just worked with a LexisNexis engineer over email, and problem should be resolved. The engineer said there was a release over the weekend that inadvertently released some invalid code to the search page. Our ticket number is 6963202.
