We have upgraded our computers to Windows 10, and now are sensing a need to purchase new printers and / or label stock to print routing labels. We have experience with Zebra, Bayscan and TSC printers for spine labels.

If you are using Sierra release 2.4.0_5 or later with Windows 10 and are successful with printing routing labels, can you please reply, indicating what printer you are using, and information about label stock (size, product code, etc.)? Basically, any and all information, also including driver setup information, would be helpful.

Are your Zebra's working at all, because ours aren't. We went live on Sierra six weeks ago and have been printing labels from Word ever since. We also use Zebras serviced by Bayscan. We don't print routing labels, only spine labels. Our ticket has been open for this whole time. I would like to know if other libraries have had to buy new label printers due to switching to Sierra.

All our printers worked fine after moving to Sierra with no reconfiguration. We switched to Zebras for spine labels only after and they are working fine. We
are not on Windows 10 however.
