We are unable to view any images in the Vogue Archive document viewer or browse issues on all browsers we have tested, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. We have been having this problem since July.

When you click on Full Text to see a page:
In Firefox: Viewer Control Bar, no image, alt text, zoom button, no frame, when clicking on zoom button no image in overlay viewer either.
In Safari: Viewer Control Bar, no image, alt text, zoom button, frame with “?”, when clicking on zoom button no image, just “?” in overlay viewer.
In Chrome: Looks just like Firefox.

When you click on Browse this Issue:
In Firefox: Alt text only, no frame, no way to get the image to appear.
In Safari: Alt text with “?”, Clicking on “?” brings up individual image viewer.
In Chrome: Behaves like Safari, can click on alt text to bring up individual image viewer.

Initially, I found that if you clicked on the single-page button on the top right of the control bar of the document viewer and then clicked back on the two-page spread button you could then see the image in either view. The image was then visible after clicking on those buttons in the overlay viewer. Now I've tested again, and the workaround no longer works. So now we cannot access any images of the magazine pages.

Our WAM forward table entry for ProQuest is:
*.proquest.com
Our starting URL is:
http://0-search.proquest.com.library.artcenter.edu/vogue/

Anyone who has Vogue Archive, can you test to see if you are able to view images of the magazine pages?

I think I've got the problem solved. I took Vogue Archive out of the proxy to see if the proxy was causing the issue. I started with https://search.proquest.com from on campus, selected Vogue Archive from the database list and performed the same search and was able to see the images of the pages. So something in the proxy was causing the document viewer to not work properly, and I figured that we were probably proxying something that we shouldn't be with the wildcard entry in the WAM Forward Table. So, I changed the entry from *.proquest.com to search.proquest.com and the document viewer is working now. I also looked at the EZProxy stanza to see if I could spot any other domains that need to be taken into account in the Forward Table. Most of the other entries looked to be database specific for resources we don't subscribe to. I added openurl.proquest.com and media & media2.proquest.com to be safe. I also noticed there is a line "NeverProxy flow.proquest.com," in the stanza. I'm guessing that might have been the domain that shouldn't go through the proxy, but was going through because of the wildcard.
